Ani Lorak, born Karolina Kuek on 27 September 1978 in Kitsman, Ukraine, is a singer, actress, and television presenter. She gained international recognition after placing second in the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest with the song "Shady Lady." Over her career, she has released notable albums such as "Sun" (2009) and "I'm Alive" (2021) and holds the title of People's Artist of Ukraine.
