Biography of Chloe Kim
Chloe Kim, born April 23, 2000, in Long Beach, California, is an American snowboarder of Korean descent. She began skating at age 4 and won her first US Junior National Championship at 6. Kim debuted in adult competitions in 2013 at age 13 and won Olympic gold in the halfpipe at the 2018 Pyeongchang Games with a 1080. She defended her title at the 2022 Beijing Olympics, becoming a two-time Olympic champion. Her career includes 4 World Championship golds (2019, 2021, 2023), 6 X Games victories, and multiple World Cup wins.
Kim is active on Instagram, sharing training, fashion, travel, and brand collaborations with Nike, Burton, Monster Energy, and Tiffany & Co. In 2024–2025, she launched her own clothing and accessories line for snowboarding and lifestyle.
