Evangeline Lilly, born on August 3, 1979, in Fort Saskatchewan, Canada, is a Canadian actress and writer known for her roles in the TV series Lost (2004) and films such as Ant-Man. She initially pursued sports, receiving a hockey scholarship to the University of British Columbia, but shifted to acting. Her physical fitness is maintained through daily workouts including running, Pilates, yoga, and rock climbing, alongside a vegetarian diet and intermittent fasting.
From 2003 to 2017, Lilly was married to Norman Culey, with whom she has two sons. Since 2017, she has been in a relationship with a Canadian hockey player also named Norman Culey.
