Biography of Zhanin Flok (Janine Flock)
Janine Flock, born July 8, 1989, in Vienna, is an Austrian skeleton racer who began competing in 2007. She debuted in the World Cup during the 2008/09 season and secured her first win in 2011. Flock is a three-time world champion (2019, 2021, 2023), two-time European champion (2021, 2023), and four-time winner of the Skeleton Small World Cup, with over 40 podium finishes in World Cup events. She placed fourth at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang and fifth at the 2022 Beijing Olympics.
