Biography of Frosya
Daria Umnova, known as Frosya or Frosik, was born on September 14, 2001, in Moscow. She faced bullying and anorexia during her school years, began sports on medical advice, and became a master of sports in weightlifting. She studied at the Russian State University of Physical Education, Sport, Youth and Tourism, aiming to become a fitness trainer. At 17, she started modeling and took part in fashion shows, including international events.
In 2019, she launched her TikTok career under the name Frosya, quickly gaining millions of views with humorous and positive content. In 2020, she debuted as a singer with the track “Notice Me” and released several songs afterward. In 2024, she was involved in a scandal over a restaurant performance and received an administrative penalty. She is unmarried, has no children, and openly shares stories about her relationships. Her height is 173–175 cm and weight about 64 kg.
